Una veste nuova per la piccola proprietà nel centro storico di Rethymno. Un restyling attuato maggiormente a livello di arredi e finiture interne partendo dalle preesistenze che sarebbero state mantenute.

A new dress for the small property in the olt town of Rethymno. A restyling implemented mainly in terms of furnishings and interior finishes starting from the pre-existing elements that would have been maintained.
Il rosso del pavimento e il verde intenso dei serramenti vengono dunque abbinati all’ocra della facciata e non solo, creando così una pallette cromatica che sarà l’occasione per il nome alla proprietà.
The red of the floor and the deep green of the windows are therefore combined with the ocher of the facade and not only, thus creating a chromatic palette that will be the occasion as well to name of the property.
Gli ambienti interni da cupi riacquistano così luce e colore, rinascendo a nuova vita.
The dark interiors thus regain light and color, reborn to new life.
Gli unici lavori edili hanno interessato il rifacimento dei bagni e di una piccola scala a chiocciola esterna.
The only construction works involved the renovation of the bathrooms and a small external spiral staircase.
